Larger brewers often have teams of attorneys on staff to protect their Intellectual Property. Sometimes those attorneys send you a letter demanding you immediately stop infringing on that property. No problem! We'll just change the name of our annual festival and carry on with the party!

Join us for Cease & Desist Fest 2026: A Celebration of Bockbier. After several months of patient lagering, our Bockbier will be ready to consume! Enjoy this hearty, zaftig, full-bodied malt bomb by the half-liter.

As always, we'll be engaging in the centuries-old tradition of Bierstacheln: inserting a red hot poker in your beer. The beer instantly caramelizes and the foam is converted into a marshmallow-y meringue.
