Our yearly exploration of the terroir of this area. Brewed with freshly harvested, wet hops from our friends at Hoportunity Gardens. Judiciously hopped in order to showcase the aromatic profile of this year's crop.
I Want To Be Your Friend — IPA — 6.0% ABV
Bursting with citrus and stone fruit notes with intense tropical top notes. This India Pale Ale is hopped with a blend of Krush, Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra.
Rational Funk — Saison — 6.7% ABV
Brewed to celebrate our 9th Anniversary. Pale, dry, and unabashedly complex. This farmhouse-style ale features notes of pear, melon, citrus, and peppery spice.
Idiom — Amber Lager — 5.4% ABV
A taproom favorite: Idiom features layers of malty goodness with notes of fresh bread crust with subtle toast, and biscuit while remaining dry and crushable.
Anachronism — Red Ale — 5.4% ABV
A deep red ale featuring intense bready characteristics with nutty, semi-sweet malt and subtle biscuit notes.
Muirhead — Scottish Ale — 6.0% ABV
Our Scottish-inspired ale features sturdy, bready malt with accents of caramel, toffee, and a subtle nuttiness.
Wixy — Barrel-aged Ale — 8.5% ABV
A collaboration with our friends at The Tomahawk Room. Wixy is a beer-based interpretation of their house cocktail: The Grandpa. Fermented with a spicy, phenolic yeast, then aged for 6 months in a Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey barrel. Served with lemon zest.
