Moniker — Biere De Garde — 5.9% ABV
Our Biere De Garde is brewed starting with a sturdy malt base before being fermented with a blend of two yeast strains. The result is a complex-yet-subdued ester profile showcasing notes of stone fruit and subtle spice.
Leafless — Maple Lager — 5.5% ABV
This approachable, malt-accented lager is krausened in the lagering tank with local maple syrup. The yeast metabolizes the sugars in order to carbonate the beer but leaves a subtle hint of maple flavor and aroma.
Idiom — Amber Lager — 5.4% ABV
A longstanding taproom favorite, our amber lager is malt-forward with notes of freshly baked bread crust yet finishes dry, crisp, and refreshing.
Ceci N'est Pas Une Biere — A Treacherous Ale — 6.0% ABV
This pale, dry ale is hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnanger, and Nugget hops, then fermented with a yeast strain of Belgian origin which yields a complex experience featuring herbal, floral hop notes with a hint of citrus, and intense fermentation-derived notes of stone fruit and peppery spice.
The Old Bear— Abbey Ale — 7.2% ABV
