Our annual collaboration with the Eau Claire Curling Club, brewed for the Newbie Spiel. This malt-forward amber ale features layers of bready complexity but finished dry and refreshing. The perfect beer to help you find your draw weight.
Bock — Dunkles Bockbier — 7.0% ABV
Patiently lagered for three months, our bockbier is rich and firmly malty on the palate. Sweet and bready up front, it is well attenuated and finishes extraordinarily clean.
Ceci N'est Pas Une Biere — A Treacherous Ale — 6.0% ABV
This pale, dry ale is hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnanger, and Nugget hops, then fermented with a yeast strain of Belgian origin which yields a complex experience featuring herbal, floral hop notes with a hint of citrus, and intense fermentation-derived notes of stone fruit and peppery spice.
